Refund & Returns

We want every HUSH order to arrive exactly as expected. This policy applies to orders placed through the HUSH website and delivered within Kuwait.

Unopened items

If you change your mind, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is completely unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.

To request a return or exchange, contact us at info@keepithush.co with your order number and reason for the request.

Returns must be approved by HUSH before being sent back.

Opened products

For hygiene and product-safety reasons, HUSH All Over Sprays that have been opened, used, sprayed, or had their original seal or packaging altered cannot be returned or exchanged unless the product is faulty.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, leaking, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@keepithush.co with your order number and clear photos of the item.

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and bank.

Delivery charges

Original delivery charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.

If your order was faulty, damaged, or incorrect, HUSH will cover the appropriate delivery-related costs as part of resolving the issue.
